Artist Statement:
I work mostly with mosaic in the Italian Byzantine tradition on modern substrates. Most of my work is done on skateboard or snowboards with thematic bodies of work. I search to depict old iconic scenes of things with new elements. I work with smalti glass and natural stone. When I am not doing this sort of work I am painting or figuring out my next scheme.
